  • Account & intake details: Name, email address, location preferences, care goals, and questionnaire responses that help us personalize facility recommendations.
  • Usage data: Device information, log data, and interaction metrics collected through analytics tools (e.g., Vercel Analytics) to improve reliability and user experience.
  • Partner data: Facility directories and publicly available health resources that power our recommendation engine.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate your account and deliver secure magic-link sign-ins.
  • Generate personalized facility matches, educational content, and reminders related to your recovery goals.
  • Monitor performance, detect abuse, and enhance platform safety for all community members.
  • Communicate with you about product updates, support requests, and opportunities to participate in research or pilots (with your consent).

3. How We Share Information

We never sell your personal information. We only share data in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers: Secure partners like Supabase, email delivery services, analytics providers, and cloud hosting platforms that process data on our behalf.
  • Clinical or recovery partners: With your explicit consent, we may introduce you to treatment providers or peer specialists and share relevant intake information to facilitate care coordination.
  • Legal & safety requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to prevent harm, abuse, or fraud.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@rizerecovery.com. We may retain limited records to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encryption in transit, access controls, and continuous monitoring—to protect your information. No security system is impenetrable, so please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Children's Privacy

Rize Recovery is designed for adults seeking support for themselves or loved ones. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
